Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) — 25 km northeast of the center. Taxi to the center (Tiananmen Square): ¥120–180, 60–70 min. Metro: Airport Express to Dongzhimen → Line 2 to Qianmen (前门) station, 70–80 min, ¥25.

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) — 46 km south of the center. Taxi to the center (Tiananmen Square): ¥180–220, 60–80 min. Metro: Daxing Airport Express to Caoqiao (草桥) → Line 10 → Line 8, to Qianmen (前门) station, 80 min, ¥40.

The Beijing Metro is the most convenient way to get around the city. Fares start from ¥3 and depend on distance. Didi is widely used for taxi rides. During rush hours — roughly 7:30–9:00 in the morning and 17:30–19:00 in the evening — the metro is especially crowded, so allow extra time for your trips.

If you have time left after your business trip, the main sights are Tiananmen Square (天安门广场), the Forbidden City (故宫), the Temple of Heaven (天坛) and the Great Wall of China (长城).

CIEC, China International Exhibition Center, Chaoyang Hall (中国国际展览中心, 朝阳馆) — from PEK: taxi ~30 min, ¥40–120, or take the airport express to 三元桥 (Sānyuán Qiáo) station and a taxi from there, ~40 min total, ¥30 + taxi. From PKX: a taxi is more convenient, ~70 min, ¥150–250.

NCIEC, China International Exhibition Center, Shunyi Hall (中国国际展览中心, 顺义馆) — from PEK: a taxi is more convenient, ~20 min, ¥25–80. From PKX: a taxi is more convenient, ~80 min, ¥180–300.

National Convention Center (国家会议中心) — from PEK: taxi ~40 min, ¥60–120, or take the airport express on Lines 10→8 to 奥林匹克公园 (Aolinpike Gongyuan) station, 85 min. From PKX: a taxi is more convenient, ~90 min, ¥180–300.
