How do I start working with you?

At what stage should I contact you?
At any stage. I can join at the idea stage (when you're just thinking about sourcing from China) or when you already have a contract but need control or problem-solving with a supplier.
What can you procure in China?
Almost anything a business needs: original industrial equipment (machinery, production lines, petrochemical, construction, medical), spare parts and components, electronics, raw materials, consumer goods, packaging. If you have a technical specification — I will find the manufacturer.
Can you find original equipment and its alternatives?
Yes, this is one of my main specializations. First and foremost I search for original equipment and spare parts directly from manufacturers. If the client needs an alternative — I find quality products, alternative suppliers, and help with legal supply schemes. Over 100 successful requests.
How do factory inspections work?
I personally visit the production site, assess capacity and product quality. I coordinate the technical specification with engineers and factory management. I provide a photo and video report for the client.
Do you work with intermediaries or directly?
Only directly with manufacturers. I fundamentally do not work through intermediaries or trading companies. I establish direct contacts with Chinese and European factories based in China.
How much do your services cost?
The cost is calculated individually and depends on the complexity of the equipment, the number of manufacturers to be evaluated, and the scope of support. After analyzing your task, I provide an exact price.
Do you only help with equipment or with any goods?
No, I work with any product categories from China and select solutions based on each business's specific needs. This can include components, consumer goods, raw materials, packaging, finished products, private label goods — products for manufacturing, trade, or other commercial projects. I find manufacturers and solutions based on each business's specific tasks, regardless of industry or product type.
How do you negotiate with Chinese suppliers?
In Chinese, taking into account cultural characteristics and mentality. I understand guanxi, hierarchy, "face" — this allows me to achieve better terms and avoid typical mistakes foreigners make.
How long does it take to find a supplier?
On average from 3 to 14 days depending on complexity. Simple goods — faster, complex goods/equipment with technical specification coordination — longer.
Do you help with delivery to Russia?
Yes, I accompany the delivery at all stages: from preparing customs documents to monitoring shipment and the client receiving the cargo.
