Finding a manufacturer is only the beginning of the project. The main work begins after the supplier is found and preliminary agreements are reached. Product manufacturing, requirements compliance control, change coordination, payment organization, document preparation, and goods delivery require constant interaction with all process participants. Manufacturer Search and Verification — Selecting suitable manufacturers, analyzing their production capabilities, verifying compliance with project requirements, and conducting negotiations.
Cooperation Terms Agreement — Discussing product technical specifications, configuration, production conditions, manufacturing timelines, cost, and other essential terms.
Sample Production and Delivery — If necessary, sample production is organized, along with their inspection and delivery to the client for quality and compliance assessment.
Production Control — Interacting with the manufacturer throughout the production cycle, monitoring agreement compliance, and resolving emerging issues.
Payment Coordination — Consulting on supplier payment matters, agreeing on financial transaction terms, and supporting settlements between the parties.
Document Preparation — Monitoring the preparation of commercial and shipping documentation required for delivery organization and subsequent customs clearance.
Logistics Organization — Coordinating the shipping process, interacting with logistics companies, and monitoring cargo movement.
Delivery Control — Supporting the project until the client receives the products.
