My task is to help the client navigate this path from idea to finished product.
Workflow
Project Analysis and Task Definition — At the first stage, the product idea, target audience, quality requirements, production volumes, and future brand specifics are studied in detail. If the project is at the idea stage, I help form requirements for further work with manufacturers.
Technical Specification Development — Together with the client, all details of the future product are clarified: technical characteristics, materials and components, product dimensions and parameters, quality requirements, packaging options, logo and branding application, product branding specifics.
Manufacturer Search — Searching for direct manufacturers in China with experience producing similar products and capabilities for manufacturing under the client's private label. Special attention is paid to production capabilities, product quality, and willingness to work with individual client requirements.
Negotiations with Manufacturers — Discussing product technical parameters, customization capabilities, branding and packaging, minimum order quantities (MOQ), production timelines, manufacturing cost, cooperation terms.
Sample Ordering — Before launching serial production, it is recommended to manufacture and check product samples. This allows evaluating product quality, compliance with requirements, and making necessary adjustments before placing the main order.
Commercial Proposal Preparation — A detailed project proposal is formed indicating manufacturers, cost, production timelines, and other key parameters.
Production and Delivery Support — If necessary, project support is provided at the production, documentation preparation, logistics organization, and product delivery stages.

The client receives a ready solution for launching their own brand with a clear cost structure, verified manufacturers, and all information necessary to start production. The main work goal is to select a manufacturer capable of producing products according to the client's requirements, ensuring stable quality, and creating a foundation for long-term brand development.

Successful private label launch begins not with finding the cheapest factory, but with the right manufacturer selection. Practice shows that the quality of communication with the factory, detailed technical specification development, and understanding of Chinese manufacturing specifics have a much greater impact on the result than the price difference between several suppliers. That is why the main attention is paid to project preparation, negotiations with manufacturers, and thorough working out of all details before placing an order.
