Standard conditions

A working day is up to 8 hours on site, including travel between meetings within the city. Additional time is billed separately.

The Search package is paid per project, not per day — the scope is agreed before the work starts.

50% deposit to lock the dates; the balance is paid at the end of the trip or on delivery of the search report.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days — 50% of the booked days. No-show — full day rate.

Days with intercity travel together with the client are billed as full working days. All prices are in USD.

Not included

Flights, trains, hotels, meals, local transport, visa fees and fair tickets or registration — paid by the client.

Production visits, in-person negotiations and accompaniment in China are not part of the Search package — they are arranged separately.

Sample costs, payments to suppliers, laboratory tests, certification and cargo logistics.

Legal and customs services, notarised translations and large document packs.

Deep project services from the Services section (restricted equipment sourcing, equipment alternatives, private label, production audits) — quoted individually and can be combined with any package.
