China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE)
22–26 June 2026
Beijing, Beijing
Description
The world's first national-level expo built around supply chains rather than finished products, organised by CCPIT at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi), Beijing. Six chain zones — digital technology, advanced manufacturing, green agriculture, healthy life, smart vehicles and clean energy — plus a supply-chain services area, each laid out upstream-to-downstream so you can walk a whole value chain in one aisle. The 4th edition ran 22–26 June 2026 with 676 chain-leader exhibitors from 85 countries; CCPIT has said the 5th edition in 2027 will keep broadly the same timing.
About the Fair
The China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) — 链博会 — launched in 2023 as the world's first national-level expo organised around supply chains rather than finished products. It is hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi) in Beijing.
The idea behind it is genuinely different from every other fair on this site: instead of a hall of competing suppliers selling the same category, each zone is laid out upstream to downstream. You walk a chain — raw material, component, module, assembly, finished product, service — in a single aisle, with the chain-leader company anchoring it and its actual suppliers exhibiting alongside. For anyone trying to understand how a Chinese product is really built, and where in that chain the leverage sits, there is no comparable event.
The 4th edition ran 22–26 June 2026 with 676 chain-leader exhibitors and partners from 85 countries and regions; Fortune Global 500 and industry-leading firms made up 65% of exhibitors, foreign participants 36.5%, and professional visitor numbers rose 22% over the previous year. CCPIT has confirmed the 5th edition will be held in 2027 at broadly the same time of year; exact dates are announced by the organiser.
Venue Layout — Six Chain Zones
CISCE is organised into six chain zones plus a supply-chain services area. Each zone runs upstream to downstream, so the walking order matters more than at a normal fair — start at the raw-material end and follow the chain rather than jumping between stands.
- Digital Technology Chain — semiconductors and intelligent chips, computing hardware, cloud and data infrastructure, smart devices, with a dedicated AI Zone for chips, models and applications.
- Advanced Manufacturing Chain — R&D and design, advanced materials, precision components, industrial equipment and assembly, including the low-altitude economy (drones, eVTOL) among the newer additions.
- Green Agriculture Chain — the farm-to-fork value chain: seeds and inputs, agricultural machinery, processing, cold chain, food safety and distribution.
- Healthy Life Chain — pharmaceuticals and APIs, medical devices, diagnostics, hospital and elderly-care services, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition and wellness.
- Smart Vehicle Chain — battery materials and cells, electric powertrains, chassis and electronics, autonomous-driving stacks, charging and vehicle assembly.
- Clean Energy Chain — photovoltaics, wind, energy storage, hydrogen, grid technology and carbon management.
- Supply Chain Services Area — logistics, trade finance, certification and inspection, customs and compliance services, digital supply-chain platforms.
How to use it as a buyer. The chain layout means you can meet the tier-2 and tier-3 suppliers who normally sit invisibly behind a brand — often the ones with the real cost advantage. Walk the chain in the direction of your product, and ask each stand who supplies them and who they supply. That single question, repeated along an aisle, maps a sourcing route that no catalogue will give you.
Venue & Getting There
Venue: China International Exhibition Center, Shunyi Hall — 中国国际展览中心(顺义馆)
No. 88 Yuxiang Road, Tianzhu, Shunyi District, Beijing. In Baidu or Amap search 中国国际展览中心顺义馆.
Do not confuse it with the old Chaoyang venue. CIEC has two sites: the original hall in Chaoyang district (静安庄 / Jing'anzhuang) and the much larger Shunyi hall near the airport. CISCE is at Shunyi. Taxi drivers will ask which one — say 顺义馆.
By metro — Line 15 to Guozhan (国展), which is the venue's own station; the exhibition entrances are a short walk from the exit.
From Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) — this is the closest major venue to PEK: about 10 km, taxi ¥40–70, 15–20 minutes. It is one of the few Chinese fairs where you can land, drop your bag and be at the hall inside an hour.
From Beijing Daxing Airport (PKX) — the opposite corner of the city: taxi ¥300–380, 80–100 minutes; by rail, Daxing Airport Express → Line 10 → Line 15, roughly two hours. If you have the choice, fly into PEK for this fair.
From central Beijing — Line 15 runs from Wangjing and the northeast; from the CBD allow 45–60 minutes by metro, or 40–60 minutes by taxi (¥90–130) depending on the airport expressway traffic.
Where to stay. The Tianzhu / airport hotel cluster is minutes from the hall and is where most delegations stay. Wangjing on Line 15 is a good middle option with restaurants and a 25-minute ride. Staying in the city centre means an hour each way.
Registration & Badge
Register online at en.cisce.org.cn — the visitor portal is at en.cisce.org.cn/audience/WEB/access. There are separate tracks for individual professional visitors, group/delegation visitors, exhibitors and media.
Real-name entry, passport required. As a CCPIT state-level event, CISCE checks the passport number you registered with at the gate. Carry the physical passport every day; register with the exact spelling on the passport page.
Register as a group if you are more than three people. The group track gets a dedicated counter, and CCPIT actively organises overseas buyer delegations — the 4th edition hosted 223 organised foreign groups. If your chamber of commerce or industry association is putting a delegation together, joining it is worth more than an individual badge: delegations get matchmaking slots and chain-leader introductions.
Use the matchmaking platform. CISCE's whole premise is connecting links in a chain, and the organiser runs supply–demand matchmaking sessions by chain. File your requirement — what you buy, what volume, what specification — through the service portal before you travel.
Badge collection. Self-service kiosks and service counters at the Shunyi hall entrances; bring the confirmation QR code and your passport. Security screening at every gate.
Business cards. Bilingual, with WeChat QR. At CISCE bring a clear statement of where you sit in your own chain — many of the most useful conversations start when the other side can place you as a customer, a supplier or a partner.
Before You Go
Check the dates before booking. CISCE has moved in the calendar between editions — November 2023, November 2024, July 2025, June 2026. CCPIT has said the 5th edition in 2027 will keep broadly the same timing as 2026, but confirm the announced dates on cisce.org.cn before buying flights.
Visa. M business visa. CCPIT issues invitation letters to registered overseas visitors and to delegation members — request one at registration.
Weather. Late June in Beijing is 24–33 °C and can be humid, with occasional heavy rain. The Shunyi hall is fully air-conditioned but the walk from the metro is exposed. Light clothing, water, sun protection.
Hotels. The Tianzhu / airport cluster next to the venue is the practical choice and rarely sells out the way central Beijing does. Book early anyway if you want to be walking distance.
Come with a chain question, not a product list. The visitors who get the most out of CISCE arrive with a specific question — "who actually makes this sub-assembly", "where does the cost sit in this chain", "which tier-2 supplier could serve us directly". The layout answers that kind of question better than any other fair in China.
Chain leaders bring their suppliers. Ask a chain-leader stand to introduce you to the supplier two steps upstream — at CISCE that supplier is usually exhibiting fifteen metres away, and an introduction on the spot carries far more weight than a cold e-mail later.
Combine with factory visits. Beijing itself is not a manufacturing base, but the Bohai Rim — Tianjin, Langfang, Baoding — is 30–90 minutes by high-speed rail. Plan factory visits for the days after the fair.
Payments and apps. Alipay or WeChat Pay set up before you fly, a translation app, and a VPN if you rely on Google services.
